SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & FAQ

  • No, you retain 100% of the rights to your track. I do not take any royalties from you.

However, I do have the right to use my mixes as educational examples on my website or in my videos. This is not common.

  • I implemented the calendar system to keep the number of mixes to a manageable level. This allows me to provide the best service I can for my mixing clients.

  • By default, I send the master as a 24 bit, 44.1 kHz WAV file.

Once revisions are finalized, all of the following versions are available upon request: instrumental, acapella, pre-master, and TV track / live version. There is no extra charge for these versions.

  • No, unfortunately I don’t offer any discounts for multiple mixes or albums.

  • When you schedule a mix, you’ll see the option to pay an additional charge for the mixed stems. I’ve had to add in this charge because of how much extra time it takes to bounce all of the individual stems.

By request, at no extra charge, I can bounce the “grouped” stems for you. Grouped stems would include a bounce of up to 8 major stems (vocals, bass, synths, kick, drums, fx, etc.).

  • I‘ll check and respond to all emails and revisions once every 24 hours. This excludes weekends and holidays.

  • No, I only offer full mixes & masters. This gives me the most control to get your track sounding as professional as possible.

  • No, I focus only on mixing & mastering. My schedule wouldn’t be sustainable if I added additional services.

  • No, unfortunately I don’t have enough time in my schedule to offer that as a service.

  • Full vocal mixing, from scratch, is included in the price of a mix. I do not offer a separate, cheaper service to only mix vocals. You would need to pay the full mixing price and would be able to send up to 30 vocal stems for mixing.

  • I do not offer manual vocal tuning with Melodyne. I leave any manual vocal tuning work up to the singer or producer. I do, however, use subtle autotune when necessary.

  • Unfortunately, I don’t offer a track feedback service. I balance my time between mixing, designing sound packs, making videos, and producing music. I have to decline feedback requests to keep my schedule under control.

  • I’ll have your mix & master complete by the end of the day that you schedule it for.

  • Watch my mixing submission guidelines video - it’ll tell you everything you need to know.

  • Skip to the 15:20 mark in my mixing submission guidelines video to see how I deal with multiple versions.

  • I keep every mixing project file backed up for 1 year. After that, I can no longer guarantee that I will keep your mix backed up.

Upon request, I can send the Logic project file to you at no extra charge. This way you can back it up on your own storage system as long as you’d like.

  • I offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not happy with the mix.

  • If none of your questions were answered above, you can contact me here.

In order to keep my inbox manageable, I don’t respond to emails requesting track feedback or collaborations.

If you schedule a mix, there is no need to use the contact form. I will have received all of your info through my website and will email you within 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).

SCHEDULE YOUR MIX

You can click ‘book’ below (without paying anything yet) to see my available dates. Hopefully you can find a date on the schedule below that works for you.

I apologize for how backed up the mixing schedule can get sometimes. If I could clone myself to be able to do more mixes, I would - but there’s only so much work I can do.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to accept rush orders that are not on this schedule. Between making videos, sound packs, mixing, and working on my own music, my schedule is completely full.

If you’re ever interested in learning my mixing process, you can always check out my mixing course here.
